Digital Products

Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered or downloaded, except where required by law or in cases of proven technical failure on our side.

Physical Products

Physical items may be eligible for return within a defined window if unused and in original condition. Return shipping rules will be specified with each product type.

Custom Orders

Custom commissions may require a deposit. Deposits may be non-refundable once work begins. Final terms will be communicated during quoting.
